XULA DFW Seersucker & Sundresses Scholarship Jazz Brunch

  • Aloft Dallas Downtown 1033 Young Street Dallas, TX, 75202 United States (map)

You are invited to the 4th Annual Scholarship Jazz Brunch hosted by the Xavier University of Louisiana Dallas/Fort Worth Alumni Chapter.  The purpose of this event is to raise scholarship funds for Dallas/Fort Worth area students attending Xavier.  Since 2003, the Dallas/Fort Worth Alumni Chapter has annually given away scholarships to freshmen entering Xavier and in 2015 began giving scholarships to continuing students from the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well. Our special guest will be alumnus Dr. Joy Harden Bradford. Dr. Joy is a licensed psychologist, speaker, author, media personality, and the host of the wildly popular mental health podcast, Therapy for Black Girls.

Please join us at the Aloft Dallas for a savory brunch buffet that features unlimited mimosas and bloody marys. You'll enjoy the smooth jazz sounds of the George McCullum Band and guest vocalist alumnus Dr. Kraig Loyd, '02.  This year's theme is Seersucker & Sundresses and we cannot wait to see your best outfits incorporating it.
